I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how grateful I am to the SEP Center for my new computer skills and knowledge. First of all I would like to say that I was very fortunate to even be able have axis to the SEP Center. I am a spouse to a Ford employee therefore I was able to sign up for classes.
While I spent my time at the Learning Center I learned Microsoft Products (Excel, Word). My instructor was Carolyn Fuentes which I need to mention was great. Learning from Carolyn was fun because she was well trained and informed. Therefore I was able to learn so much from her. Carolyn was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to learn from. I also need to mention that the SEP Center was able to accommodate with my hours which made it very convenient for me.
In my personal experience with the SEP Center it was very awarding and beneficial to me. I was able to learn much needed new computer skills and achieve certification while working with your SEP Center Instructors. By my accomplishments with the SEP Center helped me to find employment at National City Bank as an Administrative Assistant. So, again I am very grateful for this wonderful program that Ford offers to their employees and spouse of employees.
